- Orders are processed within 7-10 business days; custom or made-to-order items require 10-15 business days of production.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

## 2. Shipping Methods
- **US Standard Shipping**: 7-10 business days to the contiguous United States. free shipping for orders over $50.
- **Expedited Shipping**: 7-9 business days, available at an additional cost.
- **International Shipping**: Available to select countries; import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

## 3. Delivery & Tracking
- Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date; we are not liable for delays beyond our control.
- A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

## 4. Lost or Damaged Items
- **Lost Packages**: Please contact the shipping carrier first; we will assist with filing a claim if needed.
- **Damaged Items**: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging; we will offer a replacement or refund.
