Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships:

United States: Express 5–9 business days | Standard 7–15 business days
UK & Western Europe: 5–12 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days
Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs, holidays, or unexpected issues.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order arrives past the maximum delivery window, we will refund your shipping cost.
If your order does not arrive within 60 days of shipping, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

Address & Order Changes

You may update your shipping address within 24 hours of ordering.
We cannot change addresses once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address details.

If a package is returned to us, we will help arrange redelivery, refund, or exchange.

We want you to love your Warmloomo purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at support@warmloomo.com within 30 days to start your return. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact support@warmloomo.com immediately upon receipt, and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom/personalized products, final sale items, perishables, personal care items, and hazardous materials.

Exchanges

Return the original item, then place a new order for your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Additional bank processing time may apply.
