Refund policy

We want you to love your Warmloomo purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at support@warmloomo.com within 30 days to start your return. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact support@warmloomo.com immediately upon receipt, and we will resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom/personalized products, final sale items, perishables, personal care items, and hazardous materials.

Exchanges

Return the original item, then place a new order for your replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Additional bank processing time may apply.
